REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for citizenship under the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program, the following criteria must be met:
- The main applicant must be over 18 years old.
- To qualify as dependents, children must be unmarried and fully supported by the main applicant and/or spouse: under 18 years of age; or full-time students aged 18-30 years; or daughters aged 18-25 living with the applicant/spouse; or children are physically or mentally challenged.
- Dependent parents and grandparents over the age of 65 may apply if they are significantly supported by the applicant/spouse.
- The applicant must make a one-time payment to the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica, or invest a minimum of $200,000 in real estate.
- Candidates must pass a Due Diligence, and have no criminal record.
- An applicant must not be refused a visa from a country with which Dominica has a visa-free agreement (for example, the Schengen area or the United Kingdom).
- The applicant must complete a medical examination.
