On November 23, 2022, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the 11th full program draw of 2022 through the Express Entry system. In this draw, 4,750 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to candidates with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 491 or higher.
An all-program draw considers every candidate in the Express Entry pool, rather than program-specific rounds, and invites these candidates to apply for permanent residence based on their CRS scores. Candidates who meet or exceed the minimum CRS score in the pool will be invited to apply for permanent residence.
IRCC has applied its tie-breaking rule with a timeline of October 13, 2022 11:22:17 UTC, meaning candidates with a score of 491 are invited to apply if they have submitted an Express Entry profile before the above timestamp and is in the pool.
