Below is the updated table to help you see clearly which list may apply to your circumstances as an Australian 489 or 491 Visa holder.
When the visa is issued to you, the granted date is the fundamental date. This date will decide for you which listing applies to you. So far, we’ve got lists for 3 different dates and there could always be more. If a new list appears and your visa is issued, you must continue to comply with the list that existed when the visa was issued to you on the fundamental date.
In some cases this can be disappointing but on the other hand, if some areas are removed, it works in your favor.
