He runs the day-to-day operations of VNIS Group, including the immigration and investment advisory practice of VNIS Investment: file standards, financial discipline, and relationships with international partners.

Thảo graduated from the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi and serves as Deputy Managing Director of VNIS Group. More than five years in international education give her the grounding to guide families through the hardest part of a residence plan: a child's academic path.
