What this website does, and does not do

Stated plainly, because most of the obligations in the decree attach to activities this website does not carry out.

  • This is the company's own website. It presents, and takes enquiries for, services provided by VNIS Vietnam Company Limited itself.
  • It is not a marketplace: there are no third-party sellers, no storefronts and no seller accounts.
  • It does not sell goods: there is no basket, no ordering and no online payment on the site.
  • It carries no live-stream selling and delivers no goods, so the decree's provisions on live-stream rules and on delivery policy do not arise here.
  • The website only receives enquiries. Every engagement is concluded under a contract signed with the individual client.

Our rights and obligations

  • Source every immigration figure from the destination country's own official portal, with the date it was checked, and update the page when a rule changes.
  • Say so when a file does not yet qualify, rather than taking a fee and letting the client wait.
  • Give no guarantee of outcome. Visa and citizenship decisions rest with the immigration authority of the destination country.
  • Keep clients' financial and family information confidential under our Privacy Policy, disclosing to third parties only with written consent or where the law requires it.
  • Provide a full schedule of costs before any contract is signed.

Users' rights and obligations

  • Provide truthful information and documents, and take responsibility for their accuracy.
  • Request access to, correction or deletion of personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time.
  • Raise a complaint through the mechanism set out below.
  • Not reproduce website content for commercial purposes without written consent.
  • Treat the content as reference material. Decisions taken on the website alone, without advice on the specific file, are the user's own responsibility.

Service fees and payment

  • The website does not list service fees, because they depend on the programme, the country and the state of each family's file.
  • Before signing, the client receives a full schedule of costs — service fee, government fees, legal fees, translation and any contingent items — noting which are refundable and which are not.
  • Payment terms, instalments and method are set out in the contract signed with each client.

Refunds and termination

  • There is no blanket refund policy covering every file. Refund conditions and termination rights are set out in the contract signed with each client, and are provided before signing.
  • Advisory work is not goods, so no goods-return policy applies.
  • Fees collected by a government authority or a third party are refunded according to that body's own rules, not at our discretion.

How programmes are ordered and displayed

  • The order of programmes on the Immigration, Citizenship and Real Estate pages follows the editorial criteria stated openly on those pages.
  • No programme, fund or property developer pays for a higher position or more prominent display.
  • We hold no exclusivity with any fund, developer or programme that would oblige us to steer files their way.

Complaints

  • Complaints may be sent to info@vnisinvestment.com or by telephone on +84 97 586 1994.
  • We respond within three working days of receiving a complaint.
  • The resolution period is fifteen working days. Where more time is needed we say why, and by when.
  • A client who disagrees with the outcome may take the matter to the consumer-protection authority or to court under Vietnamese law.

Protection of personal data

The full detail is in our Privacy Policy. The security measures we apply are:

  • Data passes between the browser and the website over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
  • Client information is held in an internal client-management system with access control; only the adviser handling the file can reach it.
  • Data submitted through website forms is deleted after at most 24 months from the last exchange.
  • Processing takes place only after separate consent for each purpose, under Decree 330/2026/NĐ-CP on personal data protection.
